Initial Assessment [60 Minutes]: Select this option if you have one injury and are a new patient, an exciting patient with a new injury or an existing patient that has not been seen by a physiotherapist within 6 months of your last appointment.

Initial Assessment [90 Minutes]: Select this option if you have multiple or complex injuries and are anew patient, an exciting patient with a new injury or an existing patient that has not been seen by a physiotherapist within 6 months of your last appointment.

Follow-Up: Select this option if you are returning for the same injury/condition within 6 months of your last appointment. Please discuss the appropriate length of follow-up appointment with your physiotherapist.

MASSAGE THERAPY

New Massage Patient: If you are a first time massage patient, please select an appointment length that is 60 minutes or longer.

Returning Massage Patient: Select your desired length of follow-up appointment. Please ensure that you select the correct type of massage therapy appointment - Massage Therapy, Massage Therapy with Acupuncture, or Massage Therapy with Therapeutic Sound Healing.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another person in need of help. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full appointment fee.

Cindy holds a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Master of Human Kinetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education with a specialization in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. She is licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Her practice is rooted in a holistic and individualized approach, emphasizing patient education, active rehab, and sustainable strategies for injury prevention. Cindy has completed advanced training in functional movement techniques, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and acupuncture/dry needling—all of which she integrates into her tailored treatment plans.

Dedicated to helping individuals overcome pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities that bring them confidence, purpose, and joy. She integrates evidence-based care with a personalized approach to support lasting recovery and wellness at every stage. Providing inclusive, accessible care to a diverse range of patients, whether it’s a sports injury, post-surgical rehab, or everyday aches, Cindy brings empathy, precision, and motivation to each patient encounter. She is committed to continuous professional development and is always expanding her knowledge to stay at the leading edge of physiotherapy care.

When she’s not in the clinic, Cindy leads an active lifestyle that includes team sports like volleyball, basketball, and soccer, as well as regular gym workouts. She also loves to travel and explore new cultures—an extension of her open-minded, person-centered approach to life and care.

Jovana holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, a Master of Clinical Science in Advanced Practice Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Western University, and a Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy from Sprot Physiotherapy Canada. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy and a Registered International Sports Physiotherapist. She also attained certificates in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) from the University of British Columbia. She has also completed advanced training in concussion rehabilitation, manual therapy, sport medicine and optimizing human performance. She is registered through the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is an active member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations.

With extensive experience in working with athletes at all levels—from weekend warriors to National Teams—Jovana was the Team Physiotherapist for the Canadian Men’s Junior & Senor Volleyball Teams and the Canadian Woman’s Gymnastics Team. Jovana is currently an Integrated Support Team Physiotherapist with Skate Canada. She has worked as a physiotherapist at numerous high-profile events such as the Volleyball World Championships (FIVB), Invictus Games, Volleyball Nations League (VNL), Canada Games, ITF Tennis Championships, Skate Canada Championships and PGA Tour, to name a few.

Jovana also helps teach in the University of Toronto’s Physiotherapy program, is an instructor with the Canadian Orthopedic Division in the Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy program, and a mentor for Sport Physiotherapy Canada and Western University.

Beyond the clinic, Jovana is committed to advancing the physiotherapy profession through mentorship and education. Her passion for movement is matched by her love for research, innovation, and active living. She’s an avid runner, dancer, and yoga enthusiast, who also enjoys skiing, hiking, and recreational sports—practicing the same balanced, performance-minded lifestyle she encourages in her patients.

Igal is a Registered Massage Therapist and Medical Acupuncture Practitioner at Serefin Health Clinic with over eight years of experience in integrative rehabilitation and pain management. He holds a diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University, along with advanced training in The Balance Method, Fascial Acupuncture, Joint Mobilizations, Soft Tissue Cupping, and Clinical Massage Therapy for Pain Management. As a Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Therapy Facilitator, Igal weaves mindfulness, breathwork, and movement education into his treatments, supporting lasting recovery and greater body awareness.

Drawing from a wide range of modalities—including medical acupuncture, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization, cupping, and movement-based therapy—Igal provides individualized, evidence-based care that addresses both physical dysfunction and nervous system balance. His background working alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths allows him to integrate multiple perspectives in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural imbalances.
